Part-Time Administrative Support Hiring a .25 FTE administrative assistant for day-to-day operations
Intern Program Establishing 2-3 annual placements for college students in sports, marketing, or nonprofit management
2. Expanded Impact
Growing our programs to reach more communities across Colorado
Satellite Clinics Expansion
- Introduce new sport experiences with diverse athletic opportunities
- Expand to new locations: east, west, south, and Northern Colorado
- Goal 2025-2026: 8-10 clinics reaching 750 students
- Goal by 2028: 1,000 students annually
Year-Round Recognition
Continue highlighting athletes, coaches, and contributors through MTN-TV segments and our Annual Awards Celebration Banquet
Annual Scholarship Program
- April 2026: Form scholarship committee
- March 2027: Award first scholarships at Annual Banquet
- Explore additional programming including mentorship opportunities
3. Financial Development & Growth
Diversifying revenue streams and building sustainable support
Overall Revenue Growth Goals
- Increase total annual revenue by 10% by 2028
- Secure 7-10 corporate sponsors at or above $5,000 annually
- Establish strategic partnership with one Title Sponsor
Funding Diversification
- Grant Funding: $5,000 yearly
- Colorado Gives Day: $15,000 yearly goal
- Scholarship Partnerships: Establish 1 new fund annually
Donor Development
- Establish annual gifts with 3-5 year commitments
- Create small matching campaigns and targeted giving funnels
