Financial Transactions

All donations, sponsorships, and event payments made through our website are processed securely through third-party payment processors (such as Givebutter). By making a donation or payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of our payment processor.

Tax Deductibility

Sportswomen of Colorado is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. It is your responsibility to determine the tax deductibility of your contribution. We will provide a receipt for your records.

Refund Policy

• Donations: All donations are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law
• Event Tickets/Tables: Event ticket and table purchases are generally non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to jennifer@sportswomenofcolorado.org at least 14 days prior to the event
• Sponsorships: Sponsorship commitments are binding agreements. Cancellations may be subject to terms outlined in the sponsorship agreement

Events and Programs

Participation

By registering for or attending any Sportswomen of Colorado event, you agree to:

• Follow all event rules and guidelines
• Assume all risks associated with participation
• Allow Sportswomen of Colorado to use photographs, videos, or other media captured during the event for promotional purposes

Liability Waiver

Sportswomen of Colorado, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property occurring during events or programs. Participants assume all risks associated with participation.

Nominations and Awards

Nomination Process

• Nominations for awards are accepted year-round with an annual deadline of December 31
• All nominations are subject to review and verification
• Sportswomen of Colorado reserves the right to determine award recipients at its sole discretion
• Nomination decisions are final and not subject to appeal

Eligibility

Award eligibility requirements are outlined in our nomination guidelines. Sportswomen of Colorado reserves the right to verify eligibility and may disqualify nominees who do not meet the criteria.
